スマートフォンアプリ「味憶」（提供：カラクリワークス株式会社）のアカウントは、いつでもご自身で削除できます。
アプリ内から削除する（推奨）
- 味憶アプリを開き、一覧画面（わたしの味憶）を表示します
- 画面下の人型アイコン（わたし）をタップします
- 「アカウントを削除」をタップします
- 確認画面で「削除する」をタップすると、削除が実行されます
※ セキュリティのため、ログインから時間が経っている場合は再ログインを求められることがあります。その場合は一度ログインし直してから、再度お試しください。
削除されるデータ
アカウントを削除すると、以下のデータがすべて削除されます。削除後の復元はできません。
- アカウント情報（メールアドレス等の認証情報）
- サーバー上の受信ボックス（他のユーザーから受け取った味憶）
- お使いの端末内に保存された味憶（レシピ・写真・音声テキスト）
大切な記録は、削除の前にPDF書き出し機能などでお手元に保存しておくことをおすすめします。
アプリを削除してしまった・ログインできない場合
アプリをアンインストール済みの場合や、ログインできずアプリ内から削除できない場合は、メールでアカウント削除をご依頼いただけます。

- 件名：「味憶アカウント削除希望」
- 本文：ご登録のメールアドレスをお書きください
ご本人確認のうえ、原則として14日以内に削除を完了し、メールでご連絡します。
Mioku App | How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Mioku account (provided by Caracri Works Inc.) at any time.
Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Open the Mioku app and go to the recipe list (My Mioku)
- Tap the person icon (Account) at the bottom of the screen
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Tap "Delete" on the confirmation dialog
For security reasons, you may be asked to log in again if some time has passed since your last login. In that case, log in once more and try again.
What will be deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following. This cannot be undone.
- Your account information (email address and authentication data)
- Your server-side inbox (recipes received from other users)
- Recipes stored on your device (photos and transcribed text)
We recommend exporting important records as PDF before deleting your account.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in
You can request account deletion by email:
- To: contact@mioku.net
- Subject: "Mioku account deletion request"
- Body: the email address you registered with
After verifying your identity, we will complete the deletion within 14 days in principle and notify you by email.
